Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or store credit only. Please note that we do not issue refunds. Bespoke, personalized, one-of-a-kind, and discounted pieces are strictly final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at hello@nora-alford.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

When returning, please use the original packaging and include the return authorization form. Keep your receipt upon drop-off at the courier. Once processed, your e-gift card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Exchanges will be processed directly. Kindly note that shipping fees are rendered and non-refundable. Please note that Nora Alford is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom/bespoke, personalized, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and not eligible for return. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Please note that items purchased on sale are final sale except for our one-time welcome offer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you wish for, you will need to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will contact you directly to initiate an exchange.


Refunds
Due to items being made-to-order, we do not issue refunds at this time. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit in the form of an e-gift card within 10 business days. All exchanges will be arranged directly via email.
